I think its an easy one... by using condition of tangency, slope form of tangent is y=mx+a/m. So here, on satisfying the point (4,10) & using a=9/4, equation of tangent is 10=4m+(9/4)/m. On solving we get 16m2-40m+9=0.Solving this quadratic would give the slopes of two tangents
